An English-language trailer for the upcoming film The Little Prince has been released, following an earlier French trailer version. The much-anticipated movie, which will bring Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s novel to the big screen, intertwines the story of the prince with a story about a little girl and her mother.
An all-star cast provides the voices in the movie, and they include Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, Jeff Bridges, Benicio del Toro, Paul Giamatti, Ricky Gervais and James Franco. Check out the new trailer.
With Martin Freeman hosting Saturday Night Live, it is almost a no-brainer that the show would have to do something about two of his most famous roles — as Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit films and as Tim Canterbury on the BBC’s original series The Office. Still, SNL managed to take a funny concept and make it really funny with The Hobbit Office.
The segment also features Bobby Moynahan as Gandalf as the boss of a paper company, reflecting the character played by series creator Ricky Gervais and later played by Steve Carell in the U.S. version. And wait until you see which character from Middle Earth takes on the role of The Office‘s Gareth Keenan/Dwight Schrute character. Check it out.
The final Hobbit film, The Battle of the Five Armies, will be in theaters starting December 17, 2014.

Ricky Gervais recently reprised his portrayal of David Brent from the original U.K. “The Office” in a new short, The Return of Brent. He created the video for a U.K. telethon that is sponsored by Comic Relief called Red Nose Day. Although the special that ended the series was a perfect ending to the tale of David Brent, I guess I don’t mind too much finding out what happened to him, which includes pursuing a music career and selling cleaning supplies. It’s not too surprising to hear him describe the time since working at Wernham Hogg as “the best ten years” of his life. Check it out.
In the video, Brent mentions that he is working with rapper Dom Johnson, and you can see the “result” of their collaboration in this video for “Equality Street.”
The new David Brent videos are related to a new Ricky Gervais YouTube channel. The new channel will feature sketches, podcasts, and clips related to the making of the new Muppets sequel that stars Gervais.
